This gorgious handmade mini top hat has a red fabric rose and has 2 sets of feathers. One is a mulitple blue color feather bunch that accompanied with peacock feathers. It is sewed on to a headband that can be either shown or hidden with one's hair and lined with silver satin.  Prefect for a range of outfits and occasions.
